At Portonovi, I partnered with the inhouse marketing team to create digital campaigns for luxury real estate, starting at €560,000. Over 100 digital marketing pieces werecrafted and adapted globally in real-time. Notably, this years summer campaigns lured 10 potential clients with budgets surpassing €2 million. These designs vividly portrayed the resort's luxury and delivered great results.

Our design process focused on capturing Portonovi's luxury essence. We immersed ourselves in the architecture, surroundings, and lifestyle to entice affluent buyers and renters while making a lasting impression. Thoughtful choices in text and imagery aimed to showcase properties and create an emotional connection with the Portonovi experience. Our digital campaigns weren't just for lead generation; they were a gateway to luxury and exclusivity, inviting potential clients into the Portonovi lifestyle.

As a part of our winter Sparkling Season Events, I had the pleasure of creating an exclusive festive gift for VIP guests, such as the President of Montenegro, journalists, sales experts, homeowners, and other local notable figures. Working closely with our Marketing Director, we brainstormed and curated special items and the vibrant packaging where the box was the centerpiece. I designed it with hot foil silver stamping, which gave it ultimate luxurious look and feel. When opened, it revealed a branded tissue and a range of carefully selected items such as a branded calendar a mug and a plate, incense sticks, sparkles and much more.

I enjoyed designing Spotify covers for playlists that were carefully curated by the Portonovi team, turning each playlist cover into an immersive visual experience. These covers added a dynamic layer to the music, enhancing the audience's connection with Portonovi.

I designed branded print ads that grabbed attention in luxury magazines and brought Portonovi into the spotlight. One of these magazines, The Collection, has been a go-to source for luxury and style for over a decade, reaching thousands of readers across Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia.

In my design approach, I experimented with the 'zoom in, zoom out' concept. This concept involves using two images: one that zooms in to capture intricate details, and another that zooms out to provide a broader view. Through this creative approach, I successfully captured the essence of our subject, revealing both its detailed beauty and its wider context, all while ensuring that the image selection and layout of the ad matches the luxurious and elegant feel.
